Wrapping up an incredible breakthrough year, 3x GRAMMY-nominee and Platinum-sellingsinger/songwriter Ingrid Andress will make her Jimmy Kimmel Live! debut this Wednesday (12/9) on ABC before chatting with the hosts of NPR’s 1A next Thursday (12/17) and performing a few tracks from her GRAMMY-nominated album Lady Like. Recently named to Forbeslatest 30 Under 30 List, she’ll also help celebrate the new year by performing for the first time on CBS’ The Late Late Show with James Corden on Monday (1/4).

Her whirlwind year was recently accented by the 2021 GRAMMY Awards nomination announcement, when Andress became the only country artist nominated in the “Big Four” General Field categories and tied with Miranda Lambert as the most nominated country artist overall. The Warner Music Nashville/Atlantic Records breakout spoke with Rolling Stone, Variety and Billboard about the monumental accomplishment for herself and her debut album, which has been hailed as “not just one of the year’s best debuts, but one of the year’s strongest albums” (Associated Press).

Her current single, the album’s title track, “Lady Like” (LISTEN HERE), has already accumulated more than 45 million streams globally and is climbing the country radio charts now. Co-written by Andress alongside frequent collaborators Sam Ellis and Derrick Southerland, she’s performed the “slow-burning anthem of independence” (Rolling Stone) on Late Night with Seth Meyers and The 2020 CMT Music Awards, with HUFFPOST calling it “a powerful statement denouncing the pressure women face with regard to maintaining gender norms.”

Last month, the 2020 CMA Awards New Artist and Song of the Year nominee “captivated viewers” (Billboard) when she took the award-show stage for a “memorable” performance of the GRAMMY-nominated single (WATCH HERE). An ACM and CMT Music Awards nominee as well, Andress took home the Nashville Songwriters Association International’s Nashville Songwriter Award for 2020 Song of the Year and swept every category she was nominated in at the MusicRow Awards, including Song of the Year, Breakthrough Artist-Writer of the Year and Breakthrough Artist of the Year.

In addition, the Colorado-native helped usher in the holiday season early this year with the release of her brand new song “Christmas Always Finds Me” (LISTEN HERE). Also co-written with Ellis and Southerland, the lyrics recall times in her life when the love and warmth of the holiday season seemed very far away. And yet as the string sections swells over the delicate piano melody, Andress finds reassurance in the fact that Christmas always seems to find her, “…even if I’m all alone / A million miles away from home / It shows up in a warm memory.”

The rising star has accumulated a career total of more than 415 million global streams and was the only solo-female-debut to crack Top 20 on the Country Airplay chart in 2019. She has also appeared on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert and TODAY, receiving overwhelming praise from some of the most-read publications across the country including Variety, The New York Times, NPR, Entertainment Weekly, Forbes, ELLE, American Songwriter, People, PAPER, Idolator, WWD, Flaunt, LADYGUNN, Wonderland., UPROXX and several more. Having started the year touring with Keith Urban on select dates, Andress’ 2020 tour dates also included shows with Dan + Shay, Tim McGraw and Thomas Rhett.
